It was amazing!!!!!!!! Sedona is famous for it’s vortexes (Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Boynton Canyon) which are better described below. I will definitely be coming back to experience them.

“These vortexes are centers encompassing energy contributing to healing, meditation, and self-exploration. Surprisingly, there are some places on earth where we feel alive with energy in terms of inspiration, energy upliftment, or healing. The energy in a vortex is akin to the energy in an individual’s core body and thus people come to tap this energy. The vortexes are considered natural geometric points exuding energy from the earth’s surface.”
Day 1: After arriving in Sedona, I checked into my accommodations and prepared myself for the group hike to energy vortexes with Rahelio. I was only able to complete half the hike because I was feeling unwell as a result of an ear infection from putting my finger in my ear, to scratch an itch, during the hike after touching the river, dirt and rocks… Unfortunately my ear swelled shut and I ended up in the Emergency room 2 days later. I am sharing this with you because I want readers to know what could happen if you decide to film a documentary and what not to do. Do not touch your ears or eyes after touching dirt, rocks, trees or a river. During the hike he took us to a river and did a drum and flute meditation. It was phenomenal. I got great footage.
Day 2: The next day I met with him to do an astrology chart reading and a sweat lodge ceremony. He spent an hour with me going over my astrological chart based on your location, time and date of birth. Then we proceeded to do the sweat lodge ceremony. I was not allowed to record the sweat lodge experience but I can explain it. I will be vague because I would like you all to go to Sedona and experience the sweat lodge yourself.
For the sweat lodge ceremony I was instructed to wear comfortable clothing or a bathing suit. When I arrived we crawled into the sweat lodge. There are 4 colored mats on the floor and I was directed to pick one and sit on it. He explained what would happen and gave me tobacco to hold. He asked me a few questions? We threw the tobacco into the fire and repeated some affirmations and chants. Then he left me in the sweat lodge with my spiritual tornado of thoughts drifting from my worried soul, until I decided I ready to exit. When I came out we discussed some personal things and we confirmed I would come back for the interview.
Day 3: The next day I returned for the professional interview. Thank God I brought 2 phones and 1 DSLR camera because they each went out at different times. I would have to piece the audio of the 3 because the DSLR filmed everything in a grainy texture that could not be used for the visual effects. It must have refocused incorrectly and I did not check on it again. I learned DSLR’s can only video a certain amount and then they turn off and you have to press the button to continue filming. I had an emergency flood warning that stopped the video on one of the phones. And the 3rd phone ran out of storage which led me to have to delete a bunch of videos while he was talking so I could continue using it. It is imperative to have backups.
Days 1-3 completed!
Below is the unedited (video and sound quality are raw) compilation of my time with Rahelio. If you enjoy this footage and would ike to see more please kindly donate the project so we can keep this going.
